  • Reduced personal taxation, or tax rebates for those who live and work in the North for more than one year, (while you continue to do so).
  • More stable and welcoming environment for capital investment to enable growth, with no new tax additions for all in the North.
  • Lowering pressure on inflation and interest rates, and southern city congestion.
  • Consideration of permission for short term overseas labour for construction periods only for up to two years and nine months in Northern Zone. (If implemented this would enable longer term employment opportunities for Australians’ once projects established in Australia, instead of being established overseas competing with lower cost countries to Australia’s long term detriment.  Australians would also have the opportunity to train such overseas temporary workers, on a paid basis whilst helping train Australia’s neighbours).
