Everyone is affected by resource companies or projects moving overseas.  From the FIFO workers to nurses in our north, to service station mechanics and others, to lawyers, to service industries, to Shires, to our northern communities.  Everyone.  Big or small.

I’ve seen our town grow from a few sheds to a thriving community, where families grow and enjoy the Australian lifestyle.  It would be a shame to see all this turn into ghost towns because of short-sighted politicians.

I moved to the Pilbara from Victoria for good reason.  The place was thriving.  Its absurd for the Government to jeopardise Australia’s future just for votes.  The mafia constructed Las Vegas because of 2 things.  Guts and Determination.  Whatever happened to guts and determination in Australia?  Why can’t we do it?
