Regional Development Australia Pilbara chief executive Diane Pentz is calling for a special economic zone (SEZ) to be established.
Earlier this year, the Pilbara Regional Council made a submission to the Joint Select Committee on Northern Australia seeking the creation of a Pilbara SEZ.
